Locked In è un progetto che parte nei primi mesi del 2007. Cinque ragazzi nel circuito hardcore del centro-Italia, influenzati da band come Comeback Kid, Sick Of It All, Bane e Set Your Goals, suonano insieme da molto tempo, ma i loro sforzi e le loro intensioni si concretizzano solo in questo periodo che li vede nascere come Locked In. Incominciano così le prime date. Nell'inverno successivo, tra il 2007 e il 2008, entrano in studio per la loro prima registrazione, che rende possibile la diffusione di un primo demo di quattro pezzi. Segue quindi un lungo periodo di ricerca di etichette e di promozione del demo. Vengono fatte altre date e infine confermata la prima uscita della band per Ottobre 2008 con un cd di nove pezzi intitolato "Walk The Plank". Il disco uscirà con la collaborazione di due etichette quali Hurry Up! Records e Monument Records (per l'esclusiva scandinava).

The Locked In project started at the beginning of 2007. Five kids from central Italy's hardcore scene, influenced by bands like Bane, Sick of it All, Comeback Kid and Set Your Goals, who had been playing together for many years, finally decided to seriously put together their efforts and intentions, thus giving birth to Locked In. The first gigs were booked. During the winter between 2007 and 2008 the band went in studio to record some songs and started promoting their first four-track demo. The recordings were followed by a long period during which the band searched for labels and gigs. In the end, the official release of "Walk the Plank", a nine-track cd, is scheduled for October 2008 thanks to the cooperation of Hurry Up! Records and Monument Records (Scandinavian exclusive).
